A Journey Rooted in Community and Service:

Greetings from Casper, Wyoming! I’m Sherri Herman, an Associate Broker at Brokerage House Realty, Inc., and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey with you.

Roots in the Heart of the West:

My story began amidst the picturesque landscapes of Rapid City, South Dakota, where I spent my formative years embracing the beauty of nature and the joys of outdoor adventures. From horseback riding to hiking in the Black Hills, I developed a deep appreciation for the wonders of the natural world and the importance of community connections.

A Passion for Learning and Growth:

In 1978, my family made the move to Casper, Wyoming, where I continued my education and embarked on a journey of lifelong learning and personal growth. From my early experiences in customer service at local establishments like “Donell’s Candy” and OCSO Drug, to pursuing my interests in bookkeeping, accounting, and computer technology at Casper College, I’ve always had a thirst for knowledge and a passion for exploring new horizons.

Embracing the World of Real Estate:

In 2005, I found my calling in the dynamic world of real estate when I joined Brokerage House Realty, Inc. Initially starting as an unlicensed assistant and receptionist offering technical support, I quickly fell in love with the intricacies of the industry. In 2008, I obtained my real estate license, and then obtained my associate broker’s license in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of assisting first-time homebuyers, veterans, and clients navigating relocation transfers with care and dedication.

For me, real estate is more than just a career—it’s a calling rooted in communication, integrity, honesty, loyalty, and above all, exceptional customer service. Whether I’m acting as a listing coordinator for foreclosures, providing valuation services, or guiding clients through the home buying or selling process, I approach each transaction with unwavering dedication and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients.

Cherishing Family and Community:

Outside of my professional endeavors, my greatest joy comes from my cherished role as a wife, mother, and grandmother. With seven children and twenty grandchildren, family is truly the cornerstone of my life, and I am immensely proud of their achievements and the love and support we share.
